I have a Poly Voyage Focus 2 UC bluetooth headset that I use through a dongle on my Poly phone.  Several days ago this headset started beeping both off and on calls and it automatically sets mute when I am an a call.

Hi @im21always  Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

 

1. Verify and update the headset's firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

2. Reset or disable the headset's sensors using the Poly Lens application.

3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
