Voyager Legend 5200 series. Headset cuts off, disconnects from iPhone 13. Headset and phone are fully charged.

Hi @JJinPS Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community. 

 

Kindly confirm if you are referring to the Voyager 5200 headset or the Voyager Legend headset.

To reset your Plantronics Voyager Legend headset, follow these steps:

 

  1. Turn your headset off.
  2. Press and hold the Answer Call, Voice Recognition, and Volume Down buttons together for 3 seconds. 
  3. repair the headset with a phone and test.

 

To reset the Voyager 5200 headset,.

 

  1. Connect the headset to PC via USB cable
  2. Open poly lens application on your PC, select the headset, go to the settings option and then click on reset
