Often, I will get into work in the morning, and the software informs me that my headset battery is low.  It has been sitting in the case all night plugged into my docking station.

 

My software version is 0517.0.0517.

To begin, I’d recommend trying a few quick troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Check the charging connections: Please ensure that the pins on both the headset and the charging case are clean and making proper contact.
  2. Use a different charging setup: Try charging the headset and case using a different USB cable and power adapter, just to rule out any issues with the current charging equipment.
  3. Reset the headset: You can perform a reset using the Poly Lens application on your PC, which often resolves connection and performance issues.
