Poly voyager 5200 uc. USB blinks red and blue a few times but headset is dead.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Voyager 5200 UC headset. I completely understand how important it is to have a reliable headset, especially when it's essential for your daily work. I'd be happy to guide you through a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:
 

  1. Please charge the headset fully, then try powering it on.
  2. Connect the headset to your PC using the USB cable, and check if it appears in the Poly Lens application.
  3. If the headset is detected, please proceed with a firmware update and then perform a reset using the Poly Lens app.
     

If the headset still doesn’t power on after these steps, I would recommend reaching out to HP Support. If your device is still under warranty, they should be able to assist with a replacement.
