Hello, I recently updated my Plantronics/Poly Voyager PLT Focus headset to the latest firmware using the Poly Lens app through my Poly Elara. However, after the update, the headset showed as "Not Connected" and now is completely unresponsive. There is no reaction when I press the on/off button, no "connected" audio announcement, and no light indicators. I have confirmed that the battery is fully charged. Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Is there a reset combination for the headset? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
