I have the v4320 bluetooth headset.  Love it except, I can not get the noise cancelling to work.   Everyone can hear every background noise there is in my home.  Can you please tell me how to activate?  I have searched high and low and can not figure it out.

Thank you!

Hi @sammyluc, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the Voyager 4320 headset. I completely understand how essential it is to have your headset functioning properly. To help resolve this, I recommend following a few troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure the headset is directly connected to the PC, avoiding the use of any docking stations.
  3. Confirm that the headset is set as the default device on both your PC and softphone.
  4. Finally, please reset the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
