Poly Voyager 4320
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When using my Poly Voyager Bluetooth headset, I can't hear my own voice in my ears. This is very off-putting and affects the way I speak. I've changed the Sidetone setting to High in the Poly Lens app - this has helped a little but the experience still isn't great.

I'm guess this is caused by the headset's noise cancelling function? - Is there a way of switching it off completely?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JohnD999, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Voyager 4320 headset. I can understand how important it is for you, especially during important calls.

The noise cancellation feature is set by default due to its flexible noise-canceling boom with dual microphone Acoustic Fence technology. Let’s work together to enhance your experience.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Check for firmware updates using the Poly Lens application on your PC. Keeping the firmware updated can often fix many problems.
  • Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application. A reset can sometimes clear up unexpected issues.
  • Make sure the headset is set as the default device in your PC and softphone settings. This ensures it works properly with your applications.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
