We have faulty returns from our customers.  How do wee doo a bulk return ?

Hi

 

 

I hope your doing well.

 

Please advise how to return bulk item under warranty. The link  you sent me did not help.

I also tried to call customer service. They had no idea and after letting me sit on hold for 15 mins, they hang up on me
