Hello all, I recently just got a voyager 5200 Bluetooth mono headset to replace my old Motorola headset.  I have this paired to 2 cell phones simultaneously.  My question is, when I am on a call on the 1st phone and while on that call I get a beep that there is a call coming in on the 2nd phone, how do I go about answering it without dropping the call on the 1st phone.  On my old Motorola, I would simply answer as normal and the audio from the 2nd call would come thru, once I hang up it would switch back to the 1st call.  Does this Bluetooth not do the same thing or do I have to drop the 1st call in order to talk thru the Bluetooth on the 2nd call?   I am running on the latest firmware v.513 language v.293.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello @Syclone Rob,

Welcome the Poly community.

Sadly, Voyager 5200 sadly does not support this functionality for your regular phone calls. If you are already on a phone call and get an incoming call on secondary phone, you will not be able to answer it directly from the headset without disconnecting the first call.

For more information on supported features, you may refer to the user-guide.

Thank you for the reply.  That is unfortunate.  Not sure why they even add the feature to connect to 2 phones as a 2nd call could come in while on the other line.   I would hope that a future firmware update would add that feature.
