Terribly annoying and inefficient. Constantly having to ask co-workers repeat themselves. Can I disable the verbal notifications on the Poly Voyager headset when turning the headset on and off?

"Power on, talk time xx hours, PC connected"
"Talk time xx hours, PC connected, Power off"

I tried disabling this feature using the Poly app and Windows 11 Notification actions. Still not possible.

Hello @SESA207478, welcome to HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am really sorry to inform you that it is not possible to turn off the voice prompts such as power on, power off, and talk time hours, as they are default, and it is announced when the headset is switched on or off; that way, we can figure out if the headset is in working condition.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or if it solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Hi Meghana,

Okay, I understand. I'm disappointed in HPs marketing and user experience team. I'm shocked they decided customers want these features. It is what it is. I have to direct my companies purchasing department to migrate back to Logitech for headsets.

Thank you for the reply.
