Product: Voyager Free 60

HP/poly needs to be responsible to replace the earbud tips with a plastic stem that extends the eartips further out and into the ear canal for a more secure fit.

I'm really sorry to hear about the challenge you're experiencing with your Voyager Free 60 earbuds. I completely understand how important it is to have a comfortable and secure fit, and we'll be sure to take your feedback into consideration and forward it to the appropriate team.
 

In the meantime, I recommend trying the different ear tips that came with your earbuds to find the best fit. A great fit can really enhance both comfort and stability. I’ve also included an image below that offers more guidance on achieving the optimal fit.
