Hi I was in the process of changing the language on my Voyager 5200 series headset, when the connection dropped and now i am left with a bricked device, can you please advise how i can reset this back to factory please.

 

all the device does when powering on is flash constantly with a blue light

Hello! I have a similar problem with the same device. It's been sitting on my shelf in brick condition for about 2 years. I would like to find out what the problem is. At one time I contacted the seller for support, but unfortunately there was no result.

You can try updating the firmware, here is a video on how to do it:
