Hi @DiogoTavares, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
I understand you're looking to connect two headsets to a PC simultaneously, with one used for listening only and the other for regular use, including the microphone. While the Poly Voyager 4310 UC headsets support only one active Bluetooth connection at a time,
Wired headsets like the Blackwire series and EncorePro headset series offer the option to connect via a Y-cable. This would allow you to connect two headsets to the PC at the same time, with one headset used for listening and the other for full audio and microphone functionality.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
