I am using Poly Voyager FOCUS2; the mic noise cancelation suddenly does not work anymore.
I have updated the software and cleaned the mic. I tried to use the headset on different laptops, but the issue still exists, the mic is working fine regarding my voice but with no noise cancellation.

There are microphones that pick up room noise, then the invert of that sound is replayed into the speakers this this how noise cancellation works.  The noise cancelation only works through the speakers for the person wearing the headset. The mic is not really a part of that system what are you talking about?
