I bought Plantronics headset, it is still under manufacturer 2 years warranty from Plantronics and they are not working or they are faulty. I would like them to be fixed or replaced since they are still under manufacturer warranty, can I have direct contact of the team responsible for Plantronics products warranty related matters.
