Whenever i try to connect to hp support and wait for agent chat it always gives error:

This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

 

i have already an open case for problem and i just wanna know current state but i cannot even use 

the support it breaks without trying. I am trying to connect to a agent or just a ask a question for more 

than 2 weeks and guess what it is broken whenever i try.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 5200.

 

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you with the headset. I would look into this issue with high priority. Please provide me sometime while I look into this concern for you.
