Product: Voyager 5200 UC USB-A

Is the headset for legend 5200 the same as 5200UC?

My headset is faulty. I want to replace it but don't want to pay for a new dongle unless I need to.

Hello JJ_7, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Yes, the dongle can be used with a Voyager 5200 standard, please re pair the dongle and the headset once again.
Pairing instructions provided below for BT600 dongle.
1. Insert the USB Bluetooth adapter into your laptop or computer and wait for your computer to
recognize it.
2.  Put your USB Bluetooth adapter into pair mode by gently pressing and holding the pair button
with a pen or paperclip until the USB Bluetooth adapter flashes red and blue. Put your headset in
pair mode.
3.  Put your headset in pair mode. Pairing is successful when you hear "pairing successful" and the Bluetooth USB adapter LED is solid blue.

If you have a BT700 dongle please connect it to the PC, the headset should automatically pair with the headset.
