Legend M 50 UC Headset

Im considering purchasing the Voyager Legend 50M UC headset.  You show the set as not available selling at $164.95. I see the same one offered at a higher price of $176.95. Why is that more if its the same product?

Upon checking the HP website, I found that the headset listed at $164.95 was a pre-order offer, which has now reached its maximum order limit. The currently available units in stock are priced at $176.95 and are ready for immediate purchase.
