Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A

Hi I recently had this Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A connected to the Poly Lens app on my windows PC and updated it to the latest version. After the update  the device does the following:

- Won't pick up audio from the mic

- When I try muting it will start saying "mute...mute...mute...mute...mute..." non stop until I unmute

- Regular sound will come through with no problems from the PC but If I try to use the mic the audio will cut off intermittently as if mic was interfering with Bluetooth connectivity.

I can't seem to find how to fix it, I have tried:

- Changing the settings

- Resetting the settings,

- Resetting the device using the controllers

- Switching device language to force a Firmware change.

- Connecting it w/o dongle directly to the PC/Android Phone and issue remains

Please help.

Hello, @RayRay000, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus UC.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try a headset with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please try connecting the BT700 to a different PC?
3. Please connect the BT700 to the PC and then pair the headset again and check if the issue persists.
4. Could you please power drain the headset completely, charge it once again, and switch it on to check if the issue still persists?
