Microphone level is way too low. Is there any means of adjusting the Microphone Gain?
I have had a replacement, and that is just the same.

Firmware is reporting it is up to date.

Hello, @SAVSDAD, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager Surround 80.

Could you please let me know to which device the Voyager Surround 80 is connected so that I can assist you better?

Thank you for the update. @SAVSDAD

Could you please try configuring the USB adapter on the PC and check if the issue is resolved?

Windows
1 To configure your Bluetooth USB adapter for streaming media on your PC, go to the Start menu > Control Panel > Sound > Playback tab. Select Poly BT700 set it as the Default Device and click OK.
2 To pause music when you place or receive calls, go to the Start menu > Control Panel > Sound > Communications tab and select the desired parameter.

Regards,
Meghana
