Product: Voyager FOCUS UC B825 M USB-A
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

When I bought the poly voyager headset the most important feature for me was the microphone noise cancelling. That allowed me and my wife to work remotelly in the same environment and people in my meeting was not hearing her at all.
It worked well for a few years, but last year it stopped working and I have no clue how to solve.

Can you help me?

Hello romuloberrri, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus UC.
Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please connect the headset to the PC and check for any firmware updates and update them if there are any?
3. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made. 
4. Could you please let us know if the USB adapter is plugged in to the PC?

5. Please turn of the ANC, try a test call and switch it on again and check the difference and let us know.
