My office uses multiple Poly Voyager 4320 headsets wirelessly and recently we've been having issues with some headsets connecting to another person's computer so people aren't able to use their headset. Any suggestions to try and resolve this?

Hello, @mahboub, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 4320.

It seems like the headset might have been paired to those computers earlier; hence, I would recommend you go to the Poly Lens application and clear all the trusted devices in the settings, and then repair the headset once again to the PC; otherwise, please connect the headset to the computer via a USB cable.

Steps to clear trusted devices:

Connect your device to your phone.

  1. Launch Poly Lens Mobile.
  2. From the device page, select .
  3. Select Settings > Reset Device.
  4. Select Clear.

    Regards,

It has to be connected to the phone app to reset it?
