All of sudden my headset will not connect via Bluetooth.  So, I am using the usb connect and I can get the microphone to display but not the speaker.  I've tried everything I can think of.  Ideas????

Hi @TotallyLost60, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Verify and update the firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
2. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
3. Reset or disable sensors using the Poly Lens application.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
