My Poly Voyager Focus 2 microphone suddenly stopped working

My Poly Voyager Focus 2 microphone suddenly stopped working in the middle of a video call. I cannot get to make it work again. I tried with 2 laptops and multiple mobile phones but it just wouldn't work. I also tried resetting the settings using the Poly Lens app and the reset does not seem to take effect as well. I need help fixing this issue. Is there a service center for Poly in Manila Philippines? Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical repair centers. 

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
