Product: HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own a pair of Sony EH-CH520 wireless headphones. It works seamlessly on my smartphone, but REFUSES to connect to my PC. I've asked for help with this issue before but I've already tried their suggestions, plus ones found elsewhere and nothing worked.

 

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING has fixed this issue thus far. I'm certain it's not a compatibility issue, but I can't say that with full confidence.

 

I am desperate for answers. Please help!!
