Voyager 4320 UC USB-A

My headset constantly cuts out during conversatonis. I can't hear anything anymore. I have to unplug the dongle and turn off the headset, then reconnect the dongle and turn on the headset back to re-establish the connection. My headset is fully charged and I only use the Bluetooth dongle to connect to the headset. The problem occurs with multiple headsets.

Hi @Bassel6 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with the Voyager 4320 UC USB-A headset. I completely understand how essential it is for your headset to be functioning properly. To help resolve the issue, I kindly ask that you follow these troubleshooting steps and test the headset again:

  1. Please ensure that the headset’s firmware is updated via the Poly Lens application.
  2. Confirm that the headset is set as the default device on both your PC and softphone.
  3. If you’re using a docking station, try connecting the USB adapter directly to your PC instead.
  4. Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application.

If the issue continues after these steps, I encourage you to reach out to our HP Support team, where our dedicated engineers will assist you further. You can contact HP Support by clicking on the link below.
