I boought my Poly 4320 series July 25, 2024 and it was perfect until a month ago when the usb BT700 stopped connecting to my computer and the microphone stopped working

Hi, @Charlotte1976, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Voyager 4320 headset. I understand how important it is to have everything working smoothly, and I’m here to help.

Please try the following steps:

 

  1. Update the firmware using the Poly Lens app on your PC.
  2. Set the headset as default on both your PC and softphone.
  3. If you're using a Windows PC, open Device Manager, uninstall the BT700 driver, then restart your PC and headset, and reconnect.
  4. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens app.

 

If the issue still continues, I recommend reaching out to HP Support. Their Support Engineers will be able to assist you further.
