Hi, I've had a problem for some time with my Voyager 6200 UC headset connected to a Windows 11 computer with a BT600 dongle. There is no sound and no microphone. The only way to get it to work is to open the sound settings and leave the window open in the background, but this leaves the microphone open all the time and drains the battery quickly. I've tried this on other Win10-11 computers and even with Ubuntu, same problem and same workaround. I don't have another dongle to try. Poly Lens is up to date and so is the firmware. Anyone have any ideas?

When I opened Poly Lens to restore the default settings, I had an update pending, 1.2.0, which I did and after that I tried to re-pair my headset with the BT600 and now it works!

Hi @MartinLaem,
Please follow the troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that the USB adapter is connected directly to the PC. Test different USB ports and avoid hubs or splitters.
- Verify that the USB adapter is in “Talk Mode” (LED flashing).
- PC Sound Settings
Set Plantronics device as default for Playback and Recording under Sounds on Windows OS, or set as Output and Input device under Sound settings.
- Reset sensors
There are two ways to reset the headset sensors. Choose:
- With your headset powered on, charge your headset on the charge stand for 10 seconds.
- Power on your headset while pressing the Mute button for more than 4 seconds until the LEDs flash purple 4 times, being careful to not touch the ear cup padding or allow it to come in contact with surfaces.
- Disable sensors
You can disable your headset smart sensors 2 ways:
- Manage sensors in Poly Lens App.
- Hold both the Mute and Call buttons for more than 4 seconds until the LED flashes purple then red. Repeat to reactivate, the LED flashes purple then blue.
- Go to Poly Lens > Settings > Restore Default
- Test with a different PC setup.
