Hi! tried to use an old (but barely used) set of Voyager headphones - but it wont charge, no lights appearing, unsure if there is a way to bring them back to life or reset them after they have completely discharged?

Have tried a few cables directly and the stand but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas appreciated!

Hi @SteveBubble Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the situation with your Voyager headset. I understand how important it is for you to have it working properly. Please try charging it with a different cable and power adapter. If the headset powers on, I recommend updating the firmware and resetting it using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If the headset isn’t powering on, I encourage you to reach out to HP Support. Our Support Engineers are ready to assist you in resolving this. You can contact HP Support by clicking on the following link. Thank you for your understanding!

Thanks yea, sadly it makes no difference, hence raising the query!

It'll be a shame to throw it out. It's been in a drawer for a couple of years, and barely used prior to that.
