On Zoom meeting calls, the audio is very low. Seems I am speaking from the tunnel. No clarity in sound.
This is the feedback, I am getting from my peers for the Zoom meeting call. Any workaround/update is there to fix this issue.
Don't feel it's worth 26k.

Hello,

Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify that the USB adapter is connected directly to the PC. Test different USB ports and avoid hubs or splitters.
  • Repair the USB adapter and the headset,
  • Set the headset as a default audio device under PC sound settings.
  • Ensure that only one softphone application is opened at a time.
  • Set a headset as default microphone under Zoom settings
  • Set the targeted softphone under the Poly Lens application.
  • Try connecting the headset using native Bluetooth.
  • Ensure your headset firmware is up-to-date.
  • Go to Poly Lens > Settings > Restore Default
  • Test the headset with different softphones and PCs.

If the issues still persist, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
