Product name: Plantronics BB FIT 2011 series, Bluetooth headphone (black neckband with red ear tips if that matters)

Model BF2100S

 

Hi HP community,

I have this headphone and it's giving issues of battery moving from High to Low within 2-5mins of usage, I have few other PLT BBFIT headphones and they worked almost 6 to 8 hours without any issues, looking for support options. I already tried completely draining the battery and charging again but no improvement is observed.

 

The number on the contact us page doesn't connect and I don't see any option to email or create a case for individual users (Seems like that is for business users only)

Please advise on how to register this complaint.

 

I am currently based in India (time zone GMT +5:30)
