I own a voyager plt focus with base. I paired it with 2 computers via bluetooth.


Computers are running Windows 10. I have no idea how to check firmware version of my headset.

 

Up until this week-end it was perfect : my work laptop had privilege (voice) and it connected to my personal computer to stream music when I'm not on a call/meeting, it even put the video on hold when switching.

 

I don't know at all what happened (maybe windows update?) but monday morning the headset was still detected but it did not work (no sound in or out). I tried de-pairing it and re-pairing it, it works but now, even though I'm connected to 2 computers, the sound does not fall back anymore to the other computer when the voice (call) ends.

What I noticed when trying a lot of things: in order to fall back to the other computer (whether it is voice or music) I have to push LONG the button on the right, then push SHORT and then it switches.


Any idea how to solve this issue so it goes back as before ? Or a full tutorial beside just bluetooth on how to set it up from scratch ?

I have the same issue now between my Windows 10 laptop and my iphone.  I use to be able to take calls while the PLT Focus is connected to both the laptop and phone.  Over the last couple months, the iphone (connected to PLT) will show that it's connected to the PLT and I can answer the call, however, there is not audio.  I need to pull the USB transmitter from the laptop to disconnect the laptop for the audio to work.  This was never an issue before but something has changed in the last few months.

 

I've checked for firmware etc. but everything is current.

 

Problem:  iphone is connected to the PLT through BT, but audio no longer works while the PLT is also connected to the laptop (win 10).
