Suddenly today (no Windows update nor company updates) to computer the base does not get recognized by the computer anymore, whether it's connected to laptop USB-A port or docking station USB-A port. 

 

Headset is still paired with base correctly.

 

I tried to power off the base, disconnect from computer, to no avail. I pressed every button on the base, no change.

 

What can I do before buying a new one ?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 4220 Office USB-A headset.

Could you please let me know the make and model of the PC and desk phone that the headset is connected to?
