Hi

I have a Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 headphone.

I used to use Plantronics Hub on Android to setup, customize and update firmware.

Since the Plantronics hub is changed to Poly lens,  the poly lens software is not recognizing my BackBeat pro headset. I cannot customize the sensors and its really painful.

with all of these acquisitions of HP and Poly , its very painful for original Plantronics customers like me.  just felt we are on our own and dont belong to anywhere

Connected my BackBeat pro 2 via a USB cable to my windows PC.

Downloaded Plantronics Hub 3.22  .  Detected and managed to do the settings.

Tried with poly lens on windows and did not work.

No firmware update was detected.

Hi @Reza_T,

Welcome to the HP Poly Community.

I'm sorry to inform you that the Poly Lens application will not support BackBeat headsets. I would request that you install the BackBeat mobile application by Plantronics Inc to customize the headset.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.
