Hello. I have a Plantronics BB Fit 3150. The charging cable broke recently. I've tried other micro USB charging cables but the case is not charging. Please help.

I regret to inform you that all the BackBeat Series headsets are end-of-life, and the manufacturing has been stopped. However, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
