Suddenly the headset stopped working at all, no sound no mic. The usb dongle also went off. Tried everything possible I could think of. No matter what i tried one little red light stays fired on the headset. it doesn't charge, it doesn't sync. nothing, just the headset red light stays on

Hi @SamSim2024, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Connect the headset to the PC using a USB cable, verify, and update the headset's firmware using the Poly Lens application on the PC.

2. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.

3. Connect the USB adapter to the PC, open the Poly Lens application, select 'pair new device', and re-pair the headset.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
