Hi I am using Plantronics BackBeat Fit 3100 Bluetooth Earphones but app is not available in android and IOS apps. can you please help me to configure this ear buds

Unfortunately, the Backbeat Fit app is no longer available, and the Backbeat headset has reached its End of Life and End of Support. However, you can still try using the Plantronics Hub application, which may offer some compatibility with your headset. You can download it using the link below:

Additionally, you may want to explore the new Poly Voyager series, which offers similar functionality to the Backbeat Fit 3100 headset.
