Plantronics BackBeat Pro2 Bluetooth headphones

My Plantronics BackBeat Pro2 Bluetooth headphones isn't recognized by my Cyberpower Windows 11 PC. The Plantronics headphones pair quite quickly with my iPhone, iPad, and old Mac. The Win 11 PC quickly connects to and pairs with my Mionbel M1 headset.

We would need some information related to this issue.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.

 

- Exact full model name of your HP Product (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model name).

- Error messages (if any) while trying to connect to the Bluetooth device.

- Are you able to connect any other Bluetooth device to your PC/Laptop?
