i have bought Plantronics BackBeat pro 2 headset, it worked well for 2 years, now it gets connected via Bluetooth but there is no sound. even no sound while switching on. I run test in poly, shows "no issues". opened and checked all physical connections and speakers. all good. But still no sound. Any solutions pls?

Hello Athithan, welcome to the HP Poly community.

Could you please try a few troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issue persists?
Enabling or disabling sensors
1. When your headphones are powered on and in an idle state, press and hold the Mic button and the Call button for more than 4 seconds until you hear "Smart sensors off". Repeat to reactivate.
2. You may need to reset the sensors if they are not working as expected.
3. To reset the headset sensors, connect it directly to your computer's USB port, and place it, with the ear cups up, on a flat, non-metallic surface for more than 10 seconds.

Regards,
Meghana
