I have a Plantronics Focus headset. I updated firmware via the Poly Lens app and now my headset is no longer recognized either wired or via bluetooth.

Hello @fernleaf, welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Plantronics Voyager Focus headset.

1. Could you please uninstall the Poly Lens application and install the Plantronics Hub application and check if the headset is detected?
2. Also check for any software updates on your PC and update them, and restart the PC and check if the headset is detected.

3. Could you please try the headset connecting the headset to any other PC or mobile phone and check?

Please let us know if the headset is paired to the Bluetooth.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Plantronics Hub did not see the headset.

When I plug in the headset to a usb cable, the charging lights do not illuminate since the firmware upgrade.

When the headset is plugged into Windows there is a beep, but no device of any kind is recognized.

Thank you for posting your query.

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
