Hello, I have a ploy 5200 uc headset with charger base. Appears as though the charger base was faulty shortly after purchase. I was going to toss both and buy new and thought I would re check. Upon charging headset with cable directly, discovered the charging base is defective and will not charge the headset. Can you send a new base at no cost ? This appears to be a typical problem

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you with the headset. 

This is to inform you that if the headset is under 30 days of purchase, I would request that you reach out to the seller and get the headset replaced.
However, if it is above 30 days, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
