Hi there,

I just bought this plantronics voyager 5200 after so much of survey for being the best Bluetooth headset so far. However, while everything else was quite perfect, my talking partner do experience petering out ( gradually weaken volume) . So he/she find it hard to hear my voice. It is specially obvious when I'm lying down on bed and talk with the headset. Do anyone of you experience this problem ? Any way that can solve it ? Thanks for helping.

Hi,
Welcome to HP Poly community!

If your speaking volume is too low for your listener, adjust the position of the microphone on the right or left side and rotate the microphone boom up and over. Bend the boom so it is approximately 2 finger widths from the corner of your mouth for better audio quality.

Regards,
Prajwal
