Hi, 

I have the old Plantronics Voyager legend device and microphone is not working when i connect it to my Laptop. I also tried to download Poly Lens app and its unable to detect my device.

I understand the problem you're experiencing with the Voyager Legend headset. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

 

If the headset is not recognized by the Poly Lens application, please use the Plantronics Hub application.

 

PLANTRONICS HUB FOR WINDOWS/MAC Product Information | HP® Support

 

Ensure to verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Plantronics Hub application.

Please reset the headset using the Plantronics Hub application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
