I have an old Plantronics Voyager Pro UC v2 headset. It works fine on a PC using its dongle but not when used directly it via Bluetooth without the dongle. When I pair it to an iPhone (14 / iOS 16.5) it shows as having paired successfully, but it cannot be used as a bluetooth / audio device. When I try to pair it directly to a PC, pairing fails. I thought to update the firmware using the old Plantronics Hub software (this device seems not to be supported by Poly Lens). The Hub overview shows the firmware as current (green tick) but if I run Help/Support/Network assessment it appears to be failing in its check for updates with "Specified product does not exist". Is there any way to get the firmware for this device? or any other ideas about this problem? Thanks!
