Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just switched from my Jabra to my new Poly 5200 wireless headset, now everyone on my Teams call can hear my background noise and voices.  Teams still has noise suppression checked.  Any suggestions on how to correct?  Thanks.

Hello, @YuriH1, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

This is to inform you that the Poly Voyager 5200 does not have active noise cancellation features to enable you to cancel the background noise. 

SUPERIOR AUDIO ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CALL

Could you please confirm if the provided USB dongle is connected to the PC?
