I have a Poly 5200 with S/N 36V9CR that has been working on my S22+ until a few weeks ago, when it stopped connecting. I removed the BT connection on my phone and tried to reinstall it to no avail. When I try to pair the earpiece, it just beeps and does not pair. The red/blue pairing light is blinking, but it does not appear on my S22+. I tried connecting the earpiece directly to my computer, and it just beeps through the computer speakers. The base and the device are fully charged, as well. The device also does not appear on Poly Lens. Suggestions?

I tried all of those things on your list multiple times without success. I chatted with tech support and related what I had done and the unsuccessful results. Tech support is ordering another device and will send out shortly. Thanks.

It sounds like you're experiencing difficulty with pairing your Poly Voyager 5200 headset with your S22+ and computer. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

 

Reset Bluetooth Settings on Your Phone:

  • Restart your S22+.
  • Turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on.
  • Try searching for the device again in the Bluetooth settings.

Reset the Headset:

  • Turn off the headset.
  • Press and hold the Call button while connecting the headset to a charger.
  • Keep the Call button pressed for another 10 seconds.
  • Disconnect and try pairing again.

Re-Pair the Headset:

  • Ensure the headset is in pairing mode; this is indicated by the red and blue blinking lights.
  • On your S22+, go to Bluetooth settings and search for devices.
  • Look for "Poly V5200 Series" and try pairing when it appears.

Update Firmware:

  • Use Poly Lens App on your computer to check and update the firmware of your headset. 

Check Interference:

  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices interfering in the vicinity.
  • Try pairing in a different location.

Computer Connection:

  • If using a USB Bluetooth adapter, ensure it is recognized. You might want to reset it by removing it and then re-inserting into your computer.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the computer.
