Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I unplugged my Poly BT700 dongle and plugged it back in and now it doesn't light up blue and won't connect to my Voyager headset. When I dig into it I get the following message.

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

How do I fix this?

Hello, @JPB17 Welcome to the HP Poly community!

Could you please install the Poly Lens application, connect the BT700, check for any firmware updates, and update them?

If you are still having issues with the buttons, contact Poly Support for further assistance.

Regards,
Meghana

I'm an HP Employee.
