Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the Poly Voyager free 60 earbuds.  I have set them up on my PC just fine.  They work with Teams and our phone system.  But I can't get the Poly Lens Desktop app to connect to them so that I can customize them.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Poly Lens desktop.
