Product: Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 or MacOs
I Am trying to update BT700 USB adapter using the Poly Lens software but keep getting an error of "Software Update Failed"


Current Software: 218

Version to upgrade to: 0.0.838.4176

Bluetooth: Version 218
Headset: Version 715
USB: Version 218

 

Have tried on two different laptops Windows and MacOS but have experienced the same issue on both.

Hi @TEBH,
Welcome to the HP Poly community!

 

  1. Ensure the BT700 is directly connected to the laptop USB port instead of using a docking station or external hub.
  2. Try installing and reinstalling the Poly Lens application.
    Update the BT700 by disconnecting the headset.
  3. Ensure the internet connection is stable.
