Poly Lens without BT Usb Adapter

Hello,

I have been using the poly voyager focus 2 headset. I only get the full features when using the USB BT700 dongle. However it keeps disconnecting unpredictably and I am running out of USB ports on my computer.

Is there any way to use the headset over bluetooth only and get full features?

When i connect over bluetooth only i get no Poly Lens software detection and no MS Teams integration features.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

Please note that to have access to all the features of the headset, the BT700 dongle should be connected to the PC. 

We recommend you try connecting the dongle to any other PC and check if the issue is resolved; otherwise, we request that you please contact our technical support team at 800-985-9815 so that they can assist you further on replacing the unit if it is under warranty.

I am very disappointed that a bluetooth headset requires a dongle. It defeats the purpose of purchasing a bluetooth device in the first place.
